Our return and refund policy for books, DVDs, online courses, and Pro Membership.
Unused books and DVDs in their original, resellable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send you instructions.
If your book or DVD arrives damaged, or a DVD doesn't play correctly, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
Online courses grant instant access to digital content the moment your order is placed, so they are not eligible for return or refund once accessed. If a course video isn't loading or playing correctly, contact us — we're glad to help troubleshoot or make it right.
You can cancel your Pro Membership at any time — contact us and we'll take care of it. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not retroactively refund time already used on the current membership period.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, typically within 5–10 business days.
